The French-Speaking Skilled Worker – Express Entry Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) is a program designed to attract French-speaking skilled workers to Ontario. Applicants must have proficiency in both English and French, meet eligibility criteria, and have a valid profile in the Express Entry system. It helps to address the shortage of French-speaking workers and promotes the use of both official languages.

  • Operate through the federal government’s Express Entry System.
  • Must have a valid profile in Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC’s) Express Entry system and
  • Receive a Notification of Interest from Ontario

  • Canadian Experience Class (Federal Express entry requirements) TEER 0, 1, 2, 3 for min. 1 year
Education

Canadian bachelor’s, master’s or PhD degree or equivalent in another country. (Educational Credential Assessment required)

Language

French – CLB level 7 or higher.

English – CLB level 7 or higher.

IELTS General test only

CELPIP – General test only
