The French-Speaking Skilled Worker – Express Entry Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) is a program designed to attract French-speaking skilled workers to Ontario. Applicants must have proficiency in both English and French, meet eligibility criteria, and have a valid profile in the Express Entry system. It helps to address the shortage of French-speaking workers and promotes the use of both official languages.

Operate through the federal government’s Express Entry System.
Must have a valid profile in Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC’s) Express Entry system and
Receive a Notification of Interest from Ontario
