Human Capital Priorities Express Entry

The Human Capital Priorities Stream is a subcategory of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) designed for skilled workers who have an active profile in the federal Express Entry system. Eligible candidates are selected based on their education, work experience, language proficiency, and other factors, and those who receive a provincial nomination are awarded 600 points towards their CRS score, guaranteeing an invitation to apply for permanent residency in the next Express Entry draw.

  • Operate through the federal government’s Express Entry System.
  • Must have a valid profile in Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC’s) Express Entry system and
  • Receive a Notification of Interest from Ontario

CLB level 7 or higher.
