Masters Graduate
The Ontario Masters Graduate Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) is designed for international students who have completed a master’s degree at an eligible Ontario university. It provides a pathway to permanent residency in Canada for these students, who have the skills and knowledge required to contribute to Ontario’s economy and society. Applicants must have completed a master’s degree or higher in Ontario within the past two years, have legal status in Canada, and have a minimum language proficiency level of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 or higher in English or French. Successful applicants will receive a nomination certificate from the Ontario government, which can be used to apply for permanent residency in Canada.
