Saskatchewan Occupation In-Demand

The Saskatchewan In-Demand Occupation is a subcategory of the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) that allows the province to nominate candidates who have work experience in a skilled occupation that is in demand in Saskatchewan for permanent residency in Canada. To be eligible for the Saskatchewan In-Demand Occupation, candidates must have at least one year of work experience in a skilled occupation that is in demand in the province, meet the SINP eligibility criteria, and have the necessary education and language proficiency for the position.

Candidates who are nominated through the Saskatchewan In-Demand Occupation receive an invitation to apply for permanent residency in Canada. This stream is a popular option for skilled workers who have work experience in Saskatchewan’s in-demand occupations and want to immigrate to Canada with their families. The Saskatchewan In-Demand Occupation helps to address the province’s labour market needs, attract and retain skilled workers in the province, and contribute to the local economy.
