Skilled Worker with Existing Work Permit
The Saskatchewan Existing Work Permit is a subcategory of the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) that allows the province to nominate candidates who are currently working in Saskatchewan on a valid work permit for permanent residency in Canada. - Additional Family Information Form (a form completed by both the principal applicant, the accompanying spouse, and accompanying dependent children over 18 years of age).
- Schedule A – Background/Declaration (a form is required for the principal applicant, accompanying spouse, and accompanying dependent children over 18 years of age).
Note- if funds are in the name of the spouse and the spouse is not accompanying the principal applicant, need Schedule-A for a spouse.
